DOWNSIZING

We always pierce with a bar long enough to allow for the initial swelling that most people experience in the first few days or weeks. Downsizing simply means switching to a shorter bar which reduces irritation, movement and the risk of your piercing healing at an odd angle!

We’ll let you know when to come back for your downsizing appointment and this will be free for anyone who had their initial piercing with us and who attends in the recommended time frame.

If you opted for the standard jewellery for your piercing, this can be a great opportunity to switch to something fancier!
